    What you will do:

    As a Senior Marketing Designer at RLDatix, you will utilize your creativity and expertise in a dynamic, global setting. You will report to the Director of Digital and Creative Services, and you will lead the development and implementation of advanced design strategies, supporting various enterprise and regional level objectives. Utilize a diverse range of visualization techniques to effectively convey critical insights and achieve business goals. Your role will be pivotal in shaping visual narratives that resonate across our customer segments, bringing the RLDatix brand to life.

    The successful candidate will:

    Develop and Implement Design Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with the company's branding and business objectives. Guide peers in adopting these strategies, keeping track of the outcomes of marketing initiatives.

    Advanced Motion Design Expertise: Craft high-quality motion graphics for various digital mediums, define motion libraries, and assist other peers in the implementation of a motion library.

    Video Production Oversight: Lead and execute all creative stages of video production from concept to final edit, coordinate external partners while ensuring high production value and alignment with brand standards.

    Marketing and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing teams and departments to understand their design needs and provide effective solutions.

    Strategic Brand Evolution and Implementation: Ensure all design work is in line with the company's brand identity, maintaining consistency across all mediums and materials. Be a lead when it comes to the evolution of our current brand assets, assist with the operational aspects of branding evolution.

    Project Management: Manage design projects from conception to delivery, including timeline management and coordination with other team members and departments.

    Presentation Design: Develop complex narratives and insights and transform them into compelling and engaging presentations.

    Advanced Technical and Creative Skills: Demonstrate expertise in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, XD, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop). Be open to explore contemporary technologies and its use to achieve creative efficiency.

    Creative Problem Solving: Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop progressive design solutions that meet business objectives.

    Experience/knowledge you will need:


    • Higher diploma or bachelor's in design or equivalent related programs.


    • 5 to 10+ years of experience in graphic design, motion, and data visualization.


    • A strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, XD, Premier Pro InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)


    • Experience in B2B and B2C space is ideal.


    • Excellent communicator (listening, writing, and speaking).


    • A creative thinker, and problem solver.


    • Ability to prototype visual design work.


    • Ability to work under minimal supervision.


    • A current portfolio highlighting work experience.
