- Participate in internal processes involving performance monitoring and quality assurance.

- Develop datasets, reports and dashboards for the various stakeholders.
- An undergraduate degree in Business Administration or in a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of experience using analytical tools, including Microsoft Suite reporting tools (such as Advanced Excel, CRM Microsoft dynamics, Power BI, Data Flow).
- Sound analytical skills with demonstrated ability to capture and synthesize information to develop recommendations and provide advice.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- A sound knowledge of mortgage financing and lending administration.

Join the Lending Programs Team in the Senior Analyst, Operational Policies and Programs position. In this role, you will support the reporting function of the team while enhancing current processes leading to efficiencies and insights. Your skills and passion for overseeing the administration and decisions relevant to lending activities for the purpose of mitigating risks will help support and provide good client service and achieve corporate objectives.
This is a temporary position with a duration of 24 months.
