    Description

    The Opportunity:

    As our ApplyBoard team continues to grow at a rapid pace globally, we are adding to our Global Learning & Development team in Canada.

    This role involves building, managing and facilitating learning solutions, providing a world class learning experience to our employees & driving strategic initiatives that improve the foundation of our programs and processes.

    The individual will report to the Associate Director of Learning and Development in our Canada head office, and work closely with the Global P&C team to support the design and development of learning solutions to provide valuable and timely learning experiences across ApplyBoard.


    What you'll be doing every day:
    Coordinate learning launches by collaborating with internal stakeholders to create buy in and increase adoption rates Support full cycle learning design and development needs on a global scale using a variety of instructional design and delivery techniques (e.g. eLearning, microlearning, instructor led)Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and the experience as part of a learning loop framework of continuous improvement Create and support a positive employee learning experience for all team membersLeverage your design, facilitation and participant experience expertise to support the creation, assembly and maintenance of learning materials including slide decks, participant presentations, Elearnings, etc.

    Monitor survey submissions and completions including analyzing their results and generating reports to make future improvementsApply data analysis to make informed decisions and recommendations on learning needs and solutionsSupport a learning framework for ApplyBoard employees across all functional areas of the business, in alignment and partnership with the P&C teamCollaborate and strategize with HR Partners and other stakeholders to identify current and future training needs and priorities Drive employee engagement activities in partnership with the Global P&C team that directly impact year over year engagement scoresMentor fellow L&D team members as we scale up our learning offeringsDrive efficiencies and productivity within the L&D processes What you bring to the table:

    Strong analytical skills for assessing program effectiveness and ROIRelationship building skills that are supportive, collaborate and persuasive Comfortable assuming responsibility for taking calculated risksBias for action & are adept at engaging diverse learning audiencesExcellent Google Suites skills10 plus years of demonstrated experience working in the learning & development field encompassing facilitation and end to end builds of learning solutions.

    Understands and applies project management methodologies to build cross functional, global learning solutions Ability to administer and analyze a learning needs analysisExcellent Technical writing experienceCertificate in Adult Learning Ideally, you also have experience with:
    Prior experience with Brightspace LMS is an assetLeadership Coaching certification an asset Prior experience with Employee Engagement an asset
