    Reporting to the Director – Enterprise Application, the D365 Supply & Demand Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting the long-term requirements for quarterly software updates to support D365, and sustainability of D365 software.

    Responsible for completing D365FO deployment.

    Including inventory management, Supply chain knowledge, procurement, vendor management, logistics coordination and Planning Optimization and/or MRP.

    Manage, schedule, and attend product owner D365FO software automated RSTAT and manual testing of business processes for quarterly software updates.

    Manage any issues or new extensions related to the software updates.
    Coordinate software updates with any ISV's.
    Assist with training new users, troubleshooting issues with D365.

    Ability to help design, build and implement D365 and sustain the quarterly software updates for the life of the software.

    Responsible for the quality of the process test cases.

    Demonstrated success in building strong, collaborative teams, setting stretch objectives, and holding people accountable for commitments with a track record of delivery favorable results.

    Undergraduate degree in related field required.
    Certifications in Microsoft D365 modules.
    Manufacturing experience in food production.
    Strong user of Azure DevOps, Word, Excel.
    RSAT automated test cases.
    Manual testing of test cases.
