- Prepare and ensure timely release of accurate reports for the team
- Maintain and update various team databases for easy access of team members
- Organize and file important company forms and documents
- Support the team on its various events and initiatives
- Answer and address general queries from other teams and business partners
- Maintain team calendar, schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports and presentations as assigned
- Learn the basics of various recruitment initiatives and programs
- Arrange travel and accommodations of team members for off-site events
- Consolidate and manage the team calendar.
- Create e-posters for the team's initiatives for cascade to business partners
- Coordinate and work with other departments to get support and/or provide assistance as needed.
- Draft and send regular communications to business partners regarding the team's projects and initiatives.
- Release approved reports to business partners on a regular basis.
