    The opportunity

    The Agency Administrative Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the Team.

    Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and ensure timely release of accurate reports for the team
  • Maintain and update various team databases for easy access of team members
  • Organize and file important company forms and documents
  • Support the team on its various events and initiatives
  • Answer and address general queries from other teams and business partners
  • Maintain team calendar, schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare reports and presentations as assigned
  • Learn the basics of various recruitment initiatives and programs
  • Arrange travel and accommodations of team members for off-site events
  • Consolidate and manage the team calendar.
  • Create e-posters for the team's initiatives for cascade to business partners
  • Coordinate and work with other departments to get support and/or provide assistance as needed.
  • Draft and send regular communications to business partners regarding the team's projects and initiatives.
  • Release approved reports to business partners on a regular basis.

  • What we are looking for

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree
  • Strong knowledge on office processes and procedures
  • Highly experienced in MS Office and applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • High sense of business ethics and professionalism
