    Le directeur de la planification et de l'allocation DTC globales sera charge d'elaborer et d'executer des strategies globales de planification et d'allocation afin d'optimiser les niveaux de stocks, de maximiser le potentiel de vente et de garantir l'alignement sur les objectifs de l'entreprise. Diriger la planification et la prevision des principales mesures financieres par departement/classe/semaine, y compris les ventes, les demarques, les ajustements, les stocks, la marge initiale, la rotation des stocks, les $ de stock et les unites alignees sur les strategies du departement.
    Baccalaureat en administration des affaires, finance, gestion de la chaine d'approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe.

    Plus de 8 ans d'experience dans la planification de la vente au detail, l'allocation ou la gestion des stocks.

    Competences techniques :
    Maitrise de Microsoft Excel pour l'analyse des donnees et la modelisation.
    Forte comprehension des mathematiques de la vente au detail et des techniques de prevision des stocks.
    Capacites de leadership, notamment en matiere de gestion d'equipe et de developpement des talents.

    The Director of Global DTC Planning and Allocation will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive planning and allocation strategies to optimize inventory levels, maximize sales potential, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Develop OTB and other merchandise planning tools/reports to help support and grow the Direct to Consumer channel.
    Working closely with Senior Merchandising Director and Finance team, to develop merch plan budgets by dept/class/week
    Conducts on-going analysis and projections in season to react to new opportunities and adjust plan based on in-season results.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

    8+ years of experience in retail planning, allocation, or inventory management.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
    Strong understanding of retail math and inventory forecasting techniques.
    Leadership abilities, including team management and talent development.
