    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We currently have an immediate opening for a Summer Student Contract for an Administrative Assistant, Sales Coordinator. This position will support Ecolab's sales team by providing administrative support to corporate account managers.

    Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales managers with researching and reviewing customer issues
  • Follow up on customer inquiries
  • Assist with ensuring accuracy for documents
  • Support with correspondence, reports and other general administrative support for the corporate account managers as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma required. Currently working towards a post-secondary degree. Recent graduates also welcome to apply
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Be a team player and have the ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this role
