- We provide an integrated service offering that supports the client through every step of the transaction process from strategy development through to transaction execution and closing.

- Market Analysis and Monitoring: Leading the synthesis of real estate market trends, including workplace strategy, real estate technology, and government policies. Overseeing the collection and analysis of demographic and socio-economic indicators.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct analysis and valuation of diverse real estate assets and portfolios for core valuation, due diligence, portfolio analysis, strategic decision-making, and transactions. Develop and maintain financial models, Excel spreadsheets, and real estate proformas.
- Project Management and Strategic Advisory: Understanding the real asset lifecycle to advise clients on risks, navigating complex stakeholder environments, developing decision-making frameworks, and presenting ideas effectively. Contributing innovative solutions to client issues.
- Presentation and Client Deliverables: Take an active role in the preparation of internal and external presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
- Proposal Preparation: Take a leading role to manage and deliver on proposals (including large government RFPs) and presentations, pitches and other pre-engagement activities.
- Business Development: Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives nationwide to expand our client base and market presence.
- Experience: 6+ years of relevant real estate consulting or business consulting focused on construction industry.
- Educational Background: Undergraduate degree, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, economics or finance.
- Proven track record in one or more of the following fields: (1) Strategic capital allocation and portfolio planning; (2) Operating model reviews and process enhancement; (3) Process mapping and understanding program governance; (4) Integrated Facility Management advisory.
- Real Estate Advisory Experience: Understanding government real estate policies, process mapping and governance requirements. Understanding of a full real estate asset lifecycle and decision- making process.
- Corporate Real Estate: Understanding or real estate portfolios and strategic capital allocation, Dev Co or RE operations and facility management processes, functional charts and roles.
- Analytical & Data Interpretation Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data effectively. Proficient in critical thinking and business writing.
- Technical Skills: Solid technology skills with robust knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint, proficiency in Excel.
- Financial Modeling: Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with the ability to create complex financial models.
- Coaching: Experience in coaching junior team members and provide mentorship to foster their professional growth and development.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills to convey complex insights clearly and persuasively. Proven track record of interfacing with client management and executives, fostering strong rapport and understanding.
- Proposal writing and client delivery: Experience in formulating proposals and facilitating client meetings and discussions.
- Project Management: Strong project management and multitasking abilities to manage diverse valuation projects simultaneously. PMP is a plus. Ability to systematically handle a heavy workload and consistently meet stringent deadlines.
- Detail oriented: Exhibiting meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of assignments and the relevance of research conducted.
- Deadline driven: readiness to periodically work irregular or extended hours, as necessary to fulfill deliverable deadlines.
