    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic Senior Key Account Manager – Club and Mass to focus on nurturing and expanding our presence in the critical Club and Mass Channels. As our brand ambassador, you will be the face of TBG, ensuring the effective management and growth of our key accounts. Your role includes strategic leadership, customer management, cross-functional teamwork, and commercialization of unique tailored opportunities for the club channel.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary TBG liaison for both Costco and Wal-Mart, ensuring strategic alignment with our brand values and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Costco to identify opportunities for product customization and tailoring, ensuring our offerings resonate with the club shopper demographic.
  • Manage the entire portfolio of products within these channels, implementing strategic sales plans to achieve target growth rates and profitability.
  • Utilize deep market insights and consumer trends to propose and execute exclusive promotions, product packaging, and sizing that align with the buying habits of Costco and Wal-Mart shoppers.
  • Strengthen existing relationships and develop new connections within each retailer, focusing on buyer engagement, category managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and promotional activities, ensuring terms are beneficial for both TBG and the retailer.
  • Work directly with the marketing and product development teams to drive innovation and optimal product assortment tailored for the mass and club consumer base.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to continually position TBG as a leader within the mass/club channels.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for TBG leadership, providing insights into account performance, market opportunities, and challenges.
  • Ensure cross-functional coordination with logistics, supply chain, and customer service teams to maintain high service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Qualification:

  • Strong existing relationships with Costco or Wal-Mart
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving significant growth in customer base.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects.
  • Proficient with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet business needs.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles within the beverage industry. Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations as required. The Canada team is typically onsite every Tuesday-Thursday.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country to which you are applying without requiring sponsorship or additional work permits now or in the future
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace agile environment with limited direction and balance competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to support building strong internal and external relationships and effectively communicate your work product
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
