    Description

    As Senior Advisor, IT Service Configuration Management, you are responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data contained in the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) so that it can be used by all stakeholders to meet various operational needs. You ensure that configuration elements are compliant throughout the lifecycle of a service. You closely monitor data and frequently interact with configuration managers. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Ensure that all configuration items that have been identified and entered in the CMDB contain complete and accurate information
  • Conduct configuration audits and follow up on any corrective measures implemented to validate the compliance of changes made to configuration items (CIs) in the CMDB
  • Maintain basic configuration item (CI) structures as defined in the configuration master plan
  • Provide stakeholders with various forms of management information, and the service configuration community with operational support
  • Design, draft and maintain documentation
  • Support and develop Desjardins Technology Group service cards

    • What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant ITIL experience
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Expertise in IT governance and operations
  • Expertise with service trees / cards (ServiceNow CMDB)
    • Business insight, Interpersonal Savvy
