    The Junior Technical Solutions Specialist has a focus on both presales and post-sales of the StrucSoft product line. 40% post-sales support (training, consultancy, support)
    ~20% Product development (supporting the development team, developing documentation, video's, whitepapers etc.)

    Scoping out the requirements and providing a technical proposal for the customer
    Working with the customer on providing a training/development program for a successful implementation
    Run all levels of training and consultancy based around standard material and real-world projects
    Working with the customer on their implementation
    Becoming the go to person for the customer to feedback issues, wish list functionality, and good news
    Developing localized training material, competitor comparisons, white papers, and webinars
    Collaborate and work efficiently with the solution line sales rep in your geographical region to help drive awareness and promote StrucSoft
    Help win new business through demonstrations / prospect discussions
    Nurture current customers with the aim to add additional licenses
    Help the solution lines sales rep run quarterly webinars
    Ensure accurate data is entered into our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system when dealing on support cases
    Contribute to marketing activity (creating social media or technical blog posts monthly) - validated by Marketing according to corporate guidelines
    Active participation and contribution into our global StrucSoft Solution community
    Work with the Global technical enablement manager to help improve processes and documentation

    2+ years of Revit drafting experience
    ~ A relevant qualification in your field of expertise
    ~ Previous experience of configuration workflow systems

    Experience using CRM systems including MS Dynamics
    Knowledge in BIM & BIM Processes
    Sold workflow-based systems (ERP, MRP, EDMS, CRM, CDE)

    Driver's License as this role will require travelling
    Excellent interpersonal skills, including face-to-face, telephone and written communication skills
    Capacity to work in an international environment
    Fluent English Speaking is required for all roles at Graitec as enabling the team to collaborate worldwide
