Job Responsibilities

Prepares reports on key metrics to internal stakeholders regarding service delivery

Participate in knowledge management collaborative forums within the business and across PACE'S Client to promote and enhance the adoption of best practices in Knowledge Management specifically in the areas of defining new processes, systems use landscape, on-boarding, and document management

Provides ongoing guidance, support, and training in Knowledge Management best practices in accordance with specific standards of practice, specifically in the areas of Document Management and Control, Content Management, Knowledge Share and Collaboration

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Experience in project controls and or document controls in mining industry. (3-5 years)
Experience in a Project Management role
PMP certificate preferred
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
Primavera P6 intermediate experience an asset
Bachelor's degree in economics, math, engineering or business-related discipline or other combination of education and experience will be considered
