    Position Summary:

    As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll have a crucial role in the sales team. Collaborating with your colleagues, your tasks will involve identifying, qualifying, and nurturing customer opportunities to build high-quality pipelines that drive new business growth.

    This role presents an exciting chance to contribute significantly to the ongoing expansion of an agile organization in a growth phase.     What you will be doing:

    • Generate demand with potential and existing customers via video calls and phone conversations to identify, qualify, and nurture opportunities.
    • Follow up on sales campaigns, both led by the team and self-generated, using value-focused strategies.
    • Conduct research for account insights, identify key stakeholders, and engage in discussions with IT decision-makers and practitioners.
    • Maintain detailed notes of all sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Schedule follow-up actions as necessary.
    • Plan and prioritize personal sales tasks and customer interaction to meet sales targets.

    • Experience in lead generation and business pipeline development.
