- Provide our clients with high-level customer service meeting their needs.
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call existing and potential customers
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow up appointment appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Ask probing questions to understand and listen for sales cues
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service/sales is great - but not required
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to recognize, apply and explain products and a strong desire to learn
- Working knowledge of computers and ability to use it on a daily basis
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
