    $205,000 CAD OTE ($150,000 CAD base + uncapped variable compensation) | Unlimited PTO | Fully Remote | Generous Benefits
    From the Director of Sales:

    The SaaS Academy Team is on a mission to help Software as a Service (SaaS) companies grow to new heights through world-class coaching and training.

    SaaS Academy is in search of an experienced and confident leader to oversee our Sales Development Representatives team.

    As part of this position, you'll play a key role in buying back time for our Director of Sales, ensuring a high-performing SDR team through coaching and mentorship, collaborating across all the Revenue and Marketing Teams, and boosting our Growth Session show rates for our three programs.

    Your extensive familiarity with relevant sales tech tools will be pivotal in optimizing the effectiveness of this role, alongside your impactful leadership and management abilities.

    As a pivotal member of our team, you'll engage in seamless collaboration with the Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Account Executive teams.

    Your goal is to ensure optimal opportunity handoffs, offer insightful feedback to Marketing regarding asset performance and funnel analysis, and build strong connections with the Director of Sales and Account Executive teams to ensure the Sales Team exceeds their quarterly sales targets.


    Optimize SDR Workflow Efficiency:

    Our incoming team leader will undertake a comprehensive audit of our SDR workflows, tool stack, and cadences to elevate them to world-class standards, ensuring seamless operations and top-tier performance.

    Leading a team of five SDRs, they will work closely with the Director of Sales to ensure alignment and drive superior performance.
