    Human Resources Administrator - Cambridge, ON, Canada - Cowan Insurance Group

    Description

    The HR Generalist will be reporting to the VP, Human Resources, and will provide hands-on support to business leaders as it relates to Human Resources functions.

    You will collaborate with payroll, marketing and communications and the overall HR department. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders relating to all HR functions
    # Advise leaders and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefits, and programs
    # Provide support and training on HR annual cycles, such as performance, compensation, engagement
    # Support recruitment efforts and processes by working closely with the leaders and recruitment
    # Support overall HR projects and initiatives
    # Human Resources Certificate/Degree or related education required
    ~2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist required
    ~ Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
    ~ Working knowledge of Human Resources disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, performance management preferred
    ~ Designation CHRP or CHRL an asset
