Currently, our expanding team seeks an Account Manager in Personal Lines to join us in Belleville, Ontario. If you are seeking a fresh start in your career and possess strong customer service skills, this opportunity could be ideal for you. We equip you with all the necessary tools, knowledge, and training for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
• Provide legendary service directly to clients after the sale by the Sales Executive.
• Communicate with clients through various channels to address inquiries, provide professional advice, collect relevant information, and make policy changes.
• Process policy changes, additions, and deletions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Offer quotations to clients, update information, confirm data and coverage, and make necessary adjustments.
• Serve as a liaison with insurance company personnel, balancing the interests of the client, McDougall Insurance, and the insurance company.
• Assist in accounts receivable collection and other duties as assigned.
• Identify sales opportunities and upsell or bundle coverage for personal lines clients.

Qualifications:
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor, maintaining trust, confidentiality, and respect for all team members and clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license, regulated by the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario.
