    Software Engineer (GenAI / NLU) - Remote in Canada Except Quebec

    The TTEC Digital Intellectual Property Practice builds innovative services, applications, and connectors that enable fully integrated industry specific systems environments, unlocking our client's ability to provide an exceptional customer experience (CX).

    Design and Architect both transactional and knowledge bots for chat and voice.
    Experience in ensuring the Bots / Models are developed and trained for efficacy using automation.
    Experience with DialogFlow, NLU & NLG / LLM, ML, NodeJS, TypeScript, Python
    Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations.
    Expertise with Natural Language Understanding (NLU), GenAI, Google Dialog Flow, and Machine Learning
    ~ Development experience with NodeJS, Java or Python, along with SQL and NoSQL databases
    ~6+ years of development experience in a related field.
