    The Purpose:

    As the IT & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design, implementation, and maintenance of F12's IT infrastructure while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, industry regulations and standards.

    This role involves leading integration processes, collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency, and maintaining robust cybersecurity measures.

    Reporting to the Director of IT, you will also provide consulting services across various teams, align IT strategies with business objectives, and ensure continuous improvement in IT practices and policies.


    Responsibilities:
    IT Infrastructure Management Collaborate with internal IT teams and other stakeholders, define Infrastructure strategy and roadmapOversee the design and implementation of IT infrastructure including network, servers, storage, and virtualizationEvaluate system performance and provide strategic solutions to maintain quality of serviceReview operational tools and ensure their effectiveness in maintaining operational standardsRecommend and oversee automation strategies to achieve highest level of efficiency in supporting F12 services and processesOversee design and maintenance of F12 disaster recovery and business continuity strategyAssist with annual testing of DR strategyCompliance Management Ensure IT practices, procedures, and operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as GDPR, SOC 2, ISO, CMMC, PCI DSS, and CyberSecure CanadaConduct regular audits of IT systems and processes to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with data protection, privacy, and security regulationsDevelop and maintain IT policies and procedures, including those related to cybersecurity, data governance, and access controlMaintain compliance with existing security certificationsLiaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as requiredCybersecurity and Risk Management Design and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data and IT assets from cyber threatsConduct risk assessment and develop strategies to mitigate risksReview security configurations and provide recommendations on improvementAssist with monitoring and resolution of security incidentsCollaborate with other departments, such as legal, HR, and finance, to align IT infrastructure and compliance efforts with business objectives and regulatory requirementsProvide training and guidance to staff on IT policies, procedures, and best practices as required Work closely with internal IT team to establish and manage project priorities, ensuring effective resource allocationRequirements:5+ years of experience in IT operations and managing monitoring solutions5 years of experience in Datacenter Operations is an asset and preferred5+ years in cybersecurity compliance and risk managementRelevant industry certifications are an asset (CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, ITIL, others)

    Thorough understanding of Cybersecurity principles, data protection laws, and compliance frameworksGood understanding of integration and migration technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, vSphere, Azure, backup and storage, networking, and firewall configurationsAbility to make sound judgements despite ambiguityExcellent interpersonal and communications skills to effectively connect with client technical resources and management to present solutions and findingsOpen-minded when investigating solutions and receiving feedbackAbility to maintain calm poise in stressful situations to provide candid and helpful feedback to team membersFamiliarity with F12 tools is an asset:
