    We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Product Experience Designer to join our Ethoca design team.

    The ideal candidate will have a healthy balance of design and research skills combined with a collaborative approach to their design process.

    You will be part of a small design team working on tools that assist in bringing purchase insights to card holders and enable card issuers and merchants to manage card holder post purchase experiences.

    Craft engaging experiences that drive adoption through thoughtful and usable interaction, information design, and research


    • Ensure design concepts fully explore multiple options, and conduct appropriate research to determine the best solution
    • Employ prototypes to evaluate product, test assumptions, and communicate an experience with teams
    • Utilize hypothesis testing and research to drive decisions and influence stakeholders
    Are experienced working in an Agile environment (Scrum) and Design Thinking methodologies.


    • Are a strong collaborator, experienced in partnering with Product Management and Engineering
    • Understand and strive to achieve balance between business, technical, and user needs and know how to collaborate with a team to create solutions that meet each need
    • Have a portfolio of work that demonstrate your process as well as showcasing completed design solutions
    • Have previously worked on complex projects in large business settings
