    What you will do:

    The Email Marketing Coordinator role exists to be accountable for overseeing the daily operations of the email marketing calendar. It encompasses scheduling, targeting, and deployment activities while leveraging email marketing analytics to refine segmentation strategies, optimize campaign performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    This role's hours are Monday - Friday during business hours, with occasional weekend and evening support as needed. This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely scheduling, precise targeting, and efficient deployment of campaigns to align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with various teams including the wider marketing organization, creative services, guest services, and marketing analytics to ensure seamless integration of email marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future strategies.
  • Report on the effectiveness of our communication channels in driving engagement as well as email engagement performance.

  • Post-Secondary Education in a related field.

    • Experience

  • 1-2 years experience working with CRM technology platforms (Full Adobe Suite of products, ).
  • 1-2 years experience of loyalty and campaigns experience in a fast paced, omni channel environment is an asset.

    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Understanding of email marketing fundamentals, including segmentation, personalization, deliverability best practices, and compliance regulations (e.g., CASL).
  • Familiarity with email marketing analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) to track and analyze campaign performance metrics, derive insights, and optimize future strategies.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities, adhere to deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and collaborative skills are required.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
