Description
Stratcom an award-winning Canadian fundraising firm seeks an Account Manager whose principal responsibilities will be client/account management and program delivery for some of Canads's most prominent and effective charities in addition to providing administrative support to the Client Management team.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:1+ years of fundraising and client management experience, in the not-for-profit sectorTele-fundraising/call centre experienceStrong communications skillsExcellent computer skills, (MS Office including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)Strong written and oral communication skills in English Excellent attention to detail Ability to prepare and present materials to:
clients, potential clients and target audience groups. Bilingual (French) a strong asset but not requirementThis is a full-time hybrid/remote position, requiring minimal travel. This position has the opportunity for advancement. This position will be between $55k and $65k depending on experience, and has the opportunity for further advancement.
