I bring 7 years of extensive experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, providing customer service in the US and Canada for GMAC auto and RV insurance, CITI retail banking, Sprint telecommunication company, and Vonage - Voip company. Additionally, I have accumulated 7 years of diverse roles at Lexmark Corporation, ranging from marketing specialist to sales and relationship management, overseeing B2B sales across multiple states in the US. Furthermore, I was licensed as a Life Insurance agent under AIA Philippines in the Philippines and now licensed as Health, Life, and in Mutual Funds under Primerica and PFSL Investment Canada in British Columbia, Canada.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, with emphasis in the Painting, from the University in the Philippines. Additionally, I am currently completing a diploma in Marketing Management at Langara College, with an expected graduation this summer.
