Starlight Investments, in partnership with WP Osborne Executive Search, is looking for a Development Manager to join their Western Canada Development team.

Role: Development Manager

The Development Manager will report to the Vice President, Development for Western Canada and will oversee development projects to ensure value maximization and project quality.

Duties and responsibilities:

Assess new development opportunities within the Starlight portfolio;
Collaborate with various teams throughout project lifecycles;
Conduct feasibility analysis and due diligence;
Prepare development reports and business plans;
Provide strategic input and manage approval processes;
Address development challenges effectively;
Lead project teams and manage approvals processes;
Enhance consultant network.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business, Engineering, or Urban Planning, with at least 5 years of real estate development experience. They should possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
