    Description
    Our public sector client is looking for a Vendor/Contracts Management Specialist for an initial 6 month contract


    This person will be:
    Assessing current business/commercial and legal risks in existing and/or new contracts

    • Review and drafting of contracts, statements of work and related documentation
    • Building accountability and standards for supplier performance relative to contracted service levels, KPI's
    • Managing supplier terms in adherence to the contract
    • Research and provide competitive supplier landscape information to support Contract Owners, Procurement and negotiations
    Advantages

    • This is a HYBRID contract with 3 days a week onsite at their downtown location (near Union Station)

    Qualifications
    5-10 years experience as a Vendor/Contracts Management Specialist who needs to hit the ground running:

    • Assessing current business/commercial and legal risks in existing and/or new contracts
    • Review and drafting of contracts, statements of work and related documentation
    • Building accountability and standards for supplier performance relative to contracted service levels, KPI's
    • Managing supplier terms in adherence to the contract
    • Research and provide competitive supplier landscape information to support Contract Owners, Procurement and negotiations
    Summary
    5-10 years experience as a Vendor/Contracts Management Specialist who needs to hit the ground running:

    • Assessing current business/commercial and legal risks in existing and/or new contracts
    • Review and drafting of contracts, statements of work and related documentation
    • Building accountability and standards for supplier performance relative to contracted service levels, KPI's
    • Managing supplier terms in adherence to the contract
    • Research and provide competitive supplier landscape information to support Contract Owners, Procurement and negotiations
