    Who we're looking for

    Contract Management Support Specialist (Bilingual)

    Program: Employment Ontario

    Status: Permanent Full-Time

    Location: Toronto, ON – in office

As a Contract Management Support Specialist you'll be responsible for performing administrative tasks and provide general support for the Contract Management team, prepare and analyze reports, work to continually improve systems and processes to maximize program efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity in support of enhanced client outcomes.

    What you'll do

  • Perform administrative tasks and provide general support for the Contract Management team
  • Draft communications to external stakeholders in both official languages
  • Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support for events (in-person and virtual)
  • Organize file management and improve efficiencies in document storage infrastructure.
  • Prepare and analyze reports and share with the appropriate team members
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by supporting and assisting the Contract Management team with efficiency and effectiveness initiatives.
  • Work to continually improve organizational systems and process to maximize program efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity in support of enhanced client outcomes
  • Arranging interpreter and other accessibility supports for events and meetings
  • Review reporting and monitor performance and contractual compliance
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of the organization
  • Organizing events, including liaising with venues and suppliers, and delegates
