    Position Description: Lead and manage strategicSourceBlue business and sales activities to support and achieve short andlong-term supply chain operations plan goals in alignment with designated Canadian Turner Construction Company (Turner) and Clark Builders business units and external customers.

    Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, develop, and implementsupply chain growth strategy and business plans for SourceBlue Canada in alignmentwith Turner and Clark Builders business units and externalcustomers.

    • Define, measure, andaccountable to achieve top-level key performance indicators (KPIs) forSourceBlue Canada activities and financial and operational performance (, Profit& Loss (P&L) statements) in alignment with SourceBlue centralorganization revenue goals.

    • Directly sell and deliverprojects based on strategic sales pipeline. Survey market to identify businessgrowth in pre-sales and sales value chain and create conceptual design packagesto attract new and repeat customers.

    • Develop utilization staffingplan for secured work and future business opportunities to maximize earningsand create balanced cost distributions.

    • Manage, build, and maintainrelationships with key customer accounts and national and regional vendors inpartnership with SourceBlue central organization.

    • Build and maintain trustedpartnerships with Turner and Clark Builders management and external customers to advocate andadvance SourceBlue participation in projects and conduct KPI reviews to assessgoal progress.

    • Collaborate with SourceBlueProduct Platform Group to support new product offerings, vendor relationshipsand new product implementations.

    • Collaborate with Turner and Clark Builders management and SourceBlue Management to align staff utilization with careerdevelopment opportunities (, rotations and mobility) for optimal efficiencyand career progression within SourceBlue and Turner.

    • Lead successful delivery ofprojects and identify opportunities to team and collaborate with SourceBluecentral organization and other Turner entities (, Turner Engineering Group(TEG)).

    • Craft and design scope of workfor advanced technical solutions with support from SourceBlue centralorganization product platform (, Design For Manufacturer & Assembly(DFMA), Design Consulting, Multi-Tier Supply Chain).

    • Participate in company-wideprojects related sourcing and procurement to identify sales opportunities, andvendor capacity and related risks.
    • Develop synergy with other SourceBlueBusiness Managers and teams to facilitate, support, collaborate, and aligninitiatives and best practices.

    • Participate in company-widedevelopment of lean and continuous improvement activities to establishefficiency for current workflows and operational standards.

    • Promote and represent companyand its services as industry leader to key stakeholders.

    • Serve as project team'sescalation contact for compliance, risk, and financial reporting policies andpractices to effectively identify, report, and mitigate risks and financialimpacts to SourceBlue Canada, Turner, Clark Builders and external customers

    • Participate in hiring process,onboard and deliver timely performance feedback for direct reports,execute/contribute to performance appraisals during annual performance cycle,utilize talent management systems, and identify appropriate training to helpwith development needs.
    • Other activities, duties, and responsibilities asassigned.

    The salary range for this position is estimated to be - annualized.

    Qualifications:

  • Business development and management background focused on strategic sales and revenue generation with wide product competencies and minimum of 12 years of commercial construction or related experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience; Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program, desired
  • Thorough understanding of commercial construction industry supply chain and markets, including knowledge of owners, developers, architects, and key supply chain vendors who work within respective region or markets
  • Background in mechanical and/or electrical technical equipment knowledge, as well as supply chain management experience are valuable assets.
  • Technical expertise to differentiate services and value proposition to secure and close business
  • Leadership skills to build engaging partnerships with team and organizational stakeholders through trust, teamwork and direct communication
  • Apply critical business thinking to strategic business planning, operations, and financial performance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and operate with accelerated performance and drive concurrent complex and competing demands, requests, and short-cycle deadlines for self and team
  • Interpersonal relationship building skills, ability to engage and secure partnerships with a broad range of contacts in construction industry and supply chain arena
  • Executive presentation delivery skills, able to negotiate, influence, and engage others at senior management levels
  • Regular travel, travel modes include air, train, vehicle, and international travel as needed
