    The primary objective of this Microsoft Exchange Engineer contract role is to support and move Bayshore's Exchange 2013 and third-party mail system to Exchange Online.


    To be successful, the following milestones will need to be achieved while working with the vendor to do the following: 1.Install Exchange 2019 in co-existence mode and cut off Hybrid configuration with Exchange 2019 servers2.Manage and migrate 7000+ On Prem Exchange mailboxes to Exchange Online3.Manage and migrate 7000+ third party mailboxes to Exchange Online4.Decommission On-Prem Exchange environment.

    InTune Adoption and Migration – E-Mail profiles and end-user support RESPONSIBILITIES‪‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬ Product/Services Configuration, Testing, Implementation & Management, Supporting and maintaining the below-mentioned technologies:


    • Must have hands-on experience and strong product understanding of the below services and be able to support related products as needed:
    • Exchange 2013/2016/2019, Office 365 E3/F3 and IMAP Email. Must understand email-related technologies SMTP, Azure AD, email migration to O365 tenant.
    • Microsoft – Windows Servers 2012, 2016, 2019, Active Directory and Schema Updates
    • Microsoft Azure Active Directory user and access management
    • Intune Administrator for MDM and Devices
    • Participate in projects and initiatives, as assigned
    • Ability to document, plan, and implement infrastructure changes.
    • Create/maintain Job relevant Knowledge Base articles & Documentation
    • Experience in following technologies will be considered first in Candidate selection:oPowerShell, PowerCLI to automate tasksoKnowledge of Azure Active Directory using DirSync and Active Directory Connect.oExchange Online hands-on upgrades and migrations from Exchange OnPrem REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS The Exchange Migration Engineer reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Infrastructure - Cloud and Build Services
    Job Qualification
    Education

    Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalentNice to have:
    Industry certifications in the following or proven work experience:

    • Exchange Online
    • Exchange 2013/2016/2019
    • Windows Active Directory Experience
    • Previous experience in upgrading from Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2019 and running in co-existence mode
    • Previous experience in migration from Microsoft Exchange On Prem to Exchange Online
    • 5 years with Active Directory with Azure Active Directory
    • 5 years provisioning and supporting cloud services Other Skills and Abilities
    • Effective communicator
    • Ability to work cohesively in a team environment and work independently
    • Excellent time management, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; oral and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detail
    • Knowledge of Healthcare industry – an asset
