    Salary:

    We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the team. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will coordinate office systems, provide HR administration and assist with the President's calendar.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Supporting the President with calendar coordination and general admin, keeping track of critical dates, and making logistical arrangements for in-person meetings
    • Serve as the first point of contact for the President and troubleshoot where necessary;
    • Supporting the Office Manager with general HR administration relating to performance cycles, on-boarding/ off-boarding, health & safety, recruiting, benefits, etc.
    • Organizing internal employee events, socials, and learning sessions
    • Drafting internal communications
    • Conducting procurement activities for the office (such as purchasing office supplies, arranging office maintenance, and other goods and services)
    • Performing general reception duties.
    • Special projects as required

    What you'll bring:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing administrative support to management
    • Degree in a related field (business, office assistance/administration, legal, HR/talent administration).
    • Superior written and verbal skills with solid communication and interpersonal skills
    • Skilled in apps including Google calendar (for calendar management) as well as Google Workspace and Microsoft office
    • Detail-oriented and well-organized
    • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing working environment
    • Excellent time management and organization skills
    • Super tech savvy, strong with Mac
    • Experience using an HRIS such as Bamboo HR preferred
