    YOUR ROLE:

    We are looking for excellent writers to develop and create original, timely, and relevant posts for Periphery Digital. This role works closely with our talented content team. The ideal candidate will have experience writing articles and generating topic ideas, a passion to connect with Asian millennials, and a desire to tell stories that matter. This role is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to strengthen their writing and editing skills while growing with a driven editorial team of storytellers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Understand different clients' brand requirements, tone and manner, and language styles
    • Translate English ad copy to French copy incl. Meta ads, google ads, etc.
    • Ensure high quality content creation and translation with no grammar and spelling mistakes
    • Proofread articles for grammar, style, and quality
    • Proofread design mockups
    • Ad copy writing experience in real estate industry is an asset
    • 20 working hours available per month preferred

    *Perform other related duties as required

    WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY

    • A resume
    • Two (2) French writing samples (real-estate content preferred)

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g. Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing) is preferred
    • At least 2-3 years of writing experience for a marketing team in a corporate company, marketing agency or local media
    • Excellent proficiency in Quebec French and English
    • Proven record of commercial writing or editing experience is a must. Experience in creating real estate articles is preferred
    • Professionalism and tact in receiving feedback and guidance from our editors
    • Previous journalism and/or editing experience
    • An interest in real estate issues and stories
    • Detail-oriented
    • Prompt and clear communications skills
    • Knowledge of Google Suites and remote work tools is an asset (ClickUp, Slack, etc.)
