    Through our strong partnership with the national Renewal by Andersen brand, we offer homeowners a wide selection of beautifully crafted, expertly designed windows that will truly transform any home.

    Reporting to the Event Marketing Coordinator, the Event Production Assistant will be responsible for the ensuring Renewal by Andersen's brand standards achieved at various events – this includes both set up and take down.

    You will also be responsible for the organization, maintenance and ordering of event marketing collateral as needed. Setting up booths at various venues for event marketing activitiesto meet brand standards.

    • Ensuring that all safety standards and fire guidelines are followed.
    • Ensuring that the event marketing storage warehouse is clean and organized at all times.
    • Communicating with event organizers and other thirdparty service providers
    • Taking down and packing up the booth post event
    • Reviewing the inventory before and after the event
    • Valid driver's license and own form of transportation must be a truck, van or large SUV.
    • 1 or more years of experience in a similar role considered a strong asset.
    • Ability to travel across GTA to set up and take down events.
    • Ability to work a shift on Wednesday, Thursday Friday, Saturday, Sunday (shift times and length will vary based on event schedule)
    • 19 per hour
    • Cell phone allowance

    Job Type:
    Part-time 20-30 hours (Wednesday-Sunday)
