    Description

    Inthis role, you will support our drafting, engineering and project management staff by processing, distributing and filing documentation such as fabrication and construction drawings.

    Setting up electronic project folders,and maintaining project documentation within project filing requirements.
    Supporting tracking and controlling the project initiation, revision and completion process.
    Interfacing with the project team to coordinate the control of documentation.
    Printing identification tags for specialty projects.
    Printing construction drawings for the shipping department.
    Assisting Project Management team with general project-related duties such as sequencing of projects, and other routine tasks.
    Assisting with lunch and absence coverage for the office Receptionist.
    Willingness to understand the full project process.
    Basic knowledge of construction and engineering terminology would be an asset.
    Experience working with and an understanding of construction drawings and documentation would be considered an asset.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
