    Description

    As part of BrainStation's Experience department, the Education Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of exceptional learning experiences to our customers.

    Our Experience team supports our students and alumni on a daily basis as they progress through their professional development journey, while also building industry partnerships with hiring partners, instructors and guest speakers.

    Work with a local and global team to develop and execute the best experience for BrainStation students and alumni
    Build and develop relationships with hiring partners and companies to support BrainStation's graduates
    Work closely with our global Experience team to develop and implement strategies to grow our network of hiring partners
    Develop and maintain alumni relations to build BrainStation's community
    Oversee BrainStation alumni outcomes tracking, ensuring consistency and quality of data collection
    Support the leadership team by providing relevant analyses, insights, and recommending improvements
    Participate in the local tech community and build the BrainStation brand
    Bachelor's degree
    ~Experience in hiring, coaching and managing people
    ~ Ability to lead projects on time and within budget
    ~ Startup experience is an asset; ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth business environment
    ~ A passion for all things tech and digital
