    Description
    Billing and collecting payments
    Recording accounts receivable transactions
    Following up on overdue payments and collections
    Analyzing and reporting on accounts receivable status
    Communicating with customers regarding billing and payment inquiries
    Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing, accounting and collection processes
    Supporting the implementation of a new billing system

    5+ years experience in account receivables and accounting
    ~ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
    ~ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    ~ Solid understanding of Accounting principles
    ~ Hands-on experience in billing and accounts receivable
