    Description

    Join the dynamic team at Mattamy Homes as Director of Product Development and lead collaborative projects that shape the next generation of living spaces in GTA Low Rise.

    Mattamy Homes is a well-established and reputable homebuilder, known for their quality developments in both Canada and the United States.

    Renowned for creating thoughtfully planned neighborhoods and homes, they are now looking for a visionary leader to spearhead their product development initiatives in their GTA Low Rise division.

    As Director of Product Development, you'll lead a collaborative effort across various internal departments.

    This includes Architecture, Land Development, Sales and Marketing, Purchasing, and Construction - to ensure that Mattamy's future products align with market demand, sustainability goals, and municipal requirements.

    Collaboration will be at the heart of your responsibilities, working closely with all internal departments to ensure a cohesive vision and seamless project execution.

    This role is more than just overseeing projects; Remaining current with industry trends and regulatory changes, you'll ensure that Mattamy Homes stays at the forefront of the real estate and construction landscape.

    The ideal candidate for this role has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, along with over a decade of progressive project management experience.

    Additional qualifications such as an MBA or familiarity with building drawings, codes, and site specifications would be an asset.
    The working model is hybrid with 3 days in the Mississauga office.
