    About the Role

    As an Onboarding Specialist, you would be joining the North American implementation team focused on implementing and supporting North American clients. The team is currently comprised of three pillars; EHS, Chemical Safety, & ESG, your focus will be under the Chemical Safety pillar, part of the greater Customer Success team. Customer Success involves both Support, Implementation & Account Management. The role as an Onboarding Specialist will collaborate with all these units and will report to the SDS Services & Support Team Lead as well as the Senior Manager of Onboarding & Implementation.

    Responsibilities

    Purpose – to setup customers for long term success through implementation of new customers and growth of existing customer.

    Responsibilities:

    • Onboarding of new client(s) and building up & updating their inventory of Chemicals
    • Manage client relationship during implementation stage
    • Train customers on how to use our Chemical Safety products
    • Correctly review and approve documentation for clients
    • Sourcing of new compliant safety data sheets in a timely manner
    • Ensuring that each project is driven forward
    • Management of Supplier safety data sheets (SDS) within our database to ensure the SDS are the most up to date
    • Ongoing processing of new SDS for existing customers
    • Liaising with the Customer Support team & Customer Success Managers to solve client queries/challenges

    Qualifications

    Skills:

    • 1+ years' experience in similar role
    • An aptitude to learn new software quickly
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent presentation skills and a passion for educating and explaining complex topics
    • Ability to manage multiple projects/customers with differing products & time zones
    • Effective verbal and listening communications skills
    • Ability to work autonomously with little oversight while also collaborating as a team and engaging cross-functionally
    • Build relationships with customers, handling the day-to-day conversations as well as the difficult ones

    Key Advantages

    • Previous experience working in a Saas organization
    • Fluent in Canadian French and/or US Spanish
    • Previous experience working in a Customer Orientated role
    • Familiar with using the Microsoft suite of products
    • Knowledge of Chemical and Health and Safety Legislation
