- Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, executive accountant or similar role, preferably in a corporate or family-owned business environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive experience in a Microsoft Office environment is required
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Initiative and the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience- QuickBooks and Excel is a MUST .
- Must be able to answer phones , route calls to proper place, and be extremely professional.
- Coordinate with clients on orders and shipping/installations.
- Experience with Invoicing and expense tracking
- This ideal individual MUST be exceptionally driven, organized team player who is willing to grow within the company.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide assistance to multiple individuals in the presence of frequent interruptions
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
