    You as a People & Culture (HR)

    Coordinator will:

    Handle all administrative tasks related to the full employee life cycle including but not limited to onboarding, new hire orientation, offer letters, employee change letter, promotions, resignations, etc.

    Be a reliable point of contact for employees inquiries, utilizing internal resources to help find answers and provide follow ups.

    Deliver full recruitment services including but not limited front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, attending career fairs, and prescreen/interviews.

    Oversee the portfolio's co-op program while building external relationships to source top talent.
    Accurately maintain all employee data through the use of the current HRIS (UltiPro).

    You have a College or University degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 2 years human resources experience at a Coordinator level.

    You have working knowledge of Human Resources legislation, HR databases including HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruitment websites.
