    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing all District Manager's performance and results.
    • Responsible for the smooth operations of all Freshslice store locations.
    • Setting guidelines for evaluations, recruitment, and advancement.
    • Reporting results to senior management.

    Requirements:

    • 2 + years experience in Franchise restaurants or similar experience.
    • 5+ years experience in Food & Beverage or Management in a Franchise.
    • Have a vehicle to travel within the district as required.
    • Demonstrates strong leadership skills, with excellent communication skills for dealing with a wide range of individuals.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • Be knowledgeable of and have the ability to use a PC and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
