    LEGAL ASSISTANT FULL-TIME (HYBRID)
    Our client is a leading national law firm who takes great pride in their client experience.

    They are hiring for an experienced and talented Legal Assistant to join their Capital Markets & Securities team on a full-time permanent basis.


    As a Legal Assistant, you will support lawyers and clients by producing and reviewing documents, photocopying, and maintaining files, as well as other administrative tasks.

    Respond to external phone, mail, or email inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate person.
    Maintain client information in the firm's database.
    Produce billing and credit reports.

    A bachelor's degree or diploma in law.
    At least 3 years experience as a legal assistant or law clerk.
    At least 2 years experience supporting lawyers in a corporate or securities practice.
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
