- Must have Air/Ocean Clearance and Rating experience
- High school Diploma is required, post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Customs Brokerage environment, clearing Air/Ocean shipments
- CCS designation is an asset
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products
- An eye for detail is critical for success in the role
- A proactive problem solving mindset
- Use multiple computer programs, to input required information into our database
- Communicate with clients, and transportation carriers via email and phone
- Partner with internal departments, such as Logistics and Finance, plus varying government agencies to resolve discrepancies
