- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop a comprehensive business process optimization strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement across all functional areas.
- Engage with leadership and PMO on strategic planning and prioritization of initiatives.
- Lead a small team of process improvement specialists, providing guidance, mentorship and support o drive performance excellence.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration within the team to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement optimized processes, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Champion change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate and address potential challenges, mitigate risks, and facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Develop and implement an organizational readiness model
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of process optimization efforts.
- Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas requiring further optimization or intervention.
- Collaborate with IT and other functional teams to leverage technology solutions and automation tools to optimize business processes.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency improvements.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive ongoing process optimization initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in business process optimization, performance improvement, or related fields, with a track record of driving significant business impact.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Expertise in process analysis, redesign, and implementation methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or similar frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach to process optimization.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Change management expertise, with a demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and manage resistance effectively.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools, as well as experience with process automation and workflow management systems.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Business Process Optimization to lead our organization's efforts in streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
