    Description

    Our Product team is growing and we're looking for a Technical Product Manager who is ready to lead the evolution of our no-code platform.

    Method creates web applications for small and medium sized businesses (SMBs).


    Our flagship product is Method:
    CRM, a CRM application made specifically for SMBs using QuickBooks and Xero's accounting software


    What sets Method:
    CRM apart is our ability to create customized applications for individual SMBs. At Method, doing fantastic work is just as important as looking out for each other and our community. Gives program, we do our best to support both our employees and community.

    As a Technical Product Manager specializing in our no-code platform, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product strategy, including launching the next major upgrade of our no-code builder.

    You will lead the development and enhancement of features that enable users to create sophisticated applications effortlessly.
    Maintain market awareness through networking to bring best practices to Method.
    Balance immediate customer needs with the company's long-term growth.
    Maintain a pipeline of future work, ensuring proactive planning.


    Technical Skills:
    Have a solid understanding of using and training AI tools.
    Assist in writing and maintaining technical documentation.
    Assist in improving software delivery processes.

    Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.
    Strong technical background with knowledge of AI technologies.

    Experience with foundational research in coordination with User Research and Product Data teams and knows how to ask the right questions to get good quantitative and qualitative data.

    Familiarity with SQL and Python is a bonus.

    Small company experience – working for a small company like Method gives you deep insight to the inner workings of how a software company operates, as you will be expected to be involved in many discussions: Training – You will receive initial and ongoing training on Method's products, policies and procedures, as well as a quarterly professional development budget.

    Great downtown location – Method is located right in the heart of Toronto's young and vibrant 'King West' technology hub at the corner of Adelaide and Spadina Ave.
