    Votre présence quotidienne sur le plancher de vente vous donnera l'occasion de comprendre l'activité en première ligne , et vous aurez la possibilité d'utiliser ces connaissances pour améliorer l'activité du magasin. Vous participerez à l'élaboration et à l'exécution de stratégies de magasin visant à établir des relations de confiance avec les clients et les associés afin de générer des revenus. En tant que soutien clé du gérant général, vous serez également responsable de la gestion de bout en bout du magasin et de son équipe, y compris du budget de main-d'œuvre et d'approvisionnement.

    Au moins trois (3) ans d'expérience dans un domaine similaire de la gestion du commerce de détail
    Diplôme universitaire/post-secondaire de préférence
    Expérience confirmée dans l'exécution de formations et de présentations en gestion des ventes
    Maîtrise des systèmes de vente au détail et des programmes de bureautique, c'est-à-dire Excel, Word et PowerPoint
    Disponible et capable de travailler selon un calendrier flexible, y compris les jours fériés, les soirs et les fins de semaine.
    Bien qu'elles ne soient pas requises, les compétences linguistiques en italien, espagnol, anglais, mandarin ou autres sont considérées comme un atout important

    You will work with the General Manager to align the entire team on driving sales , providing an excellent client experience , building strong talent and ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand and knowledge of the luxury/retail business with organizational skills to manage the store will greatly influence the client and associate experience.

    As an Assistant General Manager, you will also provide input on merchandising , marketing , and client relationship strategies. Your daily presence on the sales floor will provide you the opportunity to understand the business on the front line , and you will have the opportunity to use the insights to improve the store's business. You will help shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates to drive revenue. As a key support for the General Manager, you will also be responsible for the end-to-end management of the store and its team, including labor and supply budget.

    Minimum Three (3) years of experience in similar retail management field
    Demonstrated experience in executing Sales Management Trainings and Presentations
    Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    Open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
    While not required, Italian, Spanish, English, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset
