    About the Opportunity

    The NSH People Services Human Resources Business Partner team is growing. This role involves providing strategic human resources leadership and consultation to senior leaders and managers. The HRBP collaborates with various partners to deliver innovative HR solutions aligned with business objectives. They build strong relationships, provide guidance to managers, and support team functioning.

    About You

    • Graduate of post-secondary degree/program in Human Resources or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR within a unionized environment
    • Knowledge of HR in health sector, labour trends, and legislation
    • Experience in mediation, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
    • Competence in other languages an asset, French preferred

    Hours:

    • Permanent Full-Time; 75 hours biweekly
    • Shifts: Monday to Friday
    • Travel to various sites required
    • Participation in hybrid work model

    Compensation and Incentives

    Salary: $50.19 Hourly

    Benefits include health, dental, travel, disability, life insurance, and pension plan.
