- Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery
- Supporting partners with incoming transactions

- Supporting the timely and accurate completion of business processes

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Description
Do you have customer service or admin experience? Are you looking to gain experience within a top 5 bank? Do you have excellent time management skills? If so, this would be a great opportunity for youOur client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Operations Officer for a 6 month contract in Edmonton. This is a hybrid role. 100% onsite for training 8-4 or 9-5pm – 3-4 months. There is a high possibility of contract extension and conversion to full time opportunity.
Pay rate:
$22.00 / Hour
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, 9am- 5pm, 10am-6pm (what is assigned, on a rotational basis)
Overtime is occasionally required with approval.
