- Team Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams of software developers, designers, testers, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions, remove impediments, and provide guidance regarding architecture, design, and priorities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, expectations, and success criteria. Clearly communicate vision, plans and project status to management and key technical and business stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, resolving escalations, and coordinating with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Resource and Capacity Management: Managing work prioritization, driving efficiency across the SDLC workflow, and upholding SLA commitments for committed items.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Apply knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to guide projects from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in project management processes, methodologies, and team performance.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize project management and software development tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Smartsheet, etc.) for collaboration and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong demand for individuals with 3-5 years of project management experience in software development, particularly in fintech or payment industry.
