- Provide precise quotes, navigate clients through withdrawal processes, and offer comprehensive trading support.
- Handle management of bank, crypto, and liquidity provider accounts to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Ensure the timely and secure execution of trades, including cryptocurrencies and securities, focusing on transferring assets to wallets.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market to inform decisions and advise clients effectively.
