    Tremblay Fire Solutions Ltd. Tremblay Fire Solutions Ltd. is a progressive company with a team of 27 employees including office staff and field staff. We supply, maintain and service Fire Alarm systems, Fire Suppression, Sprinklers, Fire Extinguishers, Hoses and Emergency Lights. Maintain communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operation of the organization

    • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives as provided by the senior company management
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
    • Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time
    • Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
    • Current and up-to-date CFAA registration (Canadian Fire Alarm Association)
    . A strong knowledge of the current Ontario Building, Fire, and Electrical Codes as it applies to the Fire Alarm Industry

    • College-level diploma in a related technical field and operations management, business administration
    • At least 2+ years' proven experience in an operations management position
    • Strong project management and oversight skills
    • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service
    • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Bilingual communication skills would be considered an asset
    • Pension plan, and vehicle allowance.
