    The Director, Product Marketing strives to build, lead, and scale our product marketing, competitive intelligence, market intelligence and analyst relations functions. As the leader responsible for driving our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and success in the market, you bring a track record of success scaling cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, the know-how to build strategy, get buy-in, align teams and mobilize cross-functional execution excellence to bring new products to market. The Director, Product Marketing acts as the cross-functional conduit between product, marketing and sales to ensure the voice of our customers is represented throughout the product development process while ensuring we're delivering and communicating solutions to the market that continue to extend Axonify's value. The Director, Product Marketing leads a team of c ompetitive Intelligence, market intelligence and product marketing managers and has a passion for building high-performing teams, ensuring their growth, development and success.

    • Build and lead : Value diversity and inclusion and champion equality at every turn – together with the rest of the Axonify team you help to build a team rooted in culture and fun and product marketing excellence.
    • Product marketing excellence: Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our products.
    • Compelling positioning: Lead the development of high-impact product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our offerings in the market and resonate with target buyers.
    • Collaboration and clarity: Collaborate with product management to understand product capabilities, features, and roadmap, and translate technical concepts into clear and compelling benefits for customers.
    • Market-facing impact: Drive the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
    • Pipe and revenue creation and capture: Partner closely with demand, events, brand, digital and other marketing functions to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
    • Insights and influence: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and customer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation, new markets and influence the analyst community.
    • Sales execution: Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and sales enablement resources to help them win.
    • Product Release Process: Work closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, development, customer experience, customer success and the product management team to flawlessly bring new products to market.
    What you'll bring:
    • Bachelors or Master's degree or formal product marketing certifications such as Pragmatic Institute or PMA, preferred
    • 10+ years of B2B SaaS software marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in a product marketing capacity
    • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and the Go-To-Market (GTM) process, as well as pragmatic marketing principles
    • Data analytics tools, sales enablement platforms, customer relationship management (Salesforce), marketing automation systems (MAS), guided demo tools, win/loss tools (i.e. Truvoice), other web, digital and product marketing management tools
    • Experience in the full-stack marketing mix including market/competitive assessment, content and digital marketing/demand generation, marketing/sales collateral development and more
    • Able to both think strategically and roll up your sleeves and dig into the details
    • Results-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle the pace, shifting priorities and multiple demands in a rapidly growing company and dynamically changing market
    • Equally comfortable presenting to large audiences and directly to the C-suite
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
    • Collaborative team player with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across functions
    • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, technology trends, and competitive landscape
    • Building and managing go-to-market (GTM) process, product launches, managing analyst relations, owning roadmap communication, pricing and product return-on-investment (ROI) analysis
    • Experience owning competitive intelligence and market intelligence and win/loss programs
